Barka in taz: Why EU Citizens Become Homeless in Germany – and How the One Stop Shop Helps

We were delighted to welcome so many guests from across Berlin to our One Stop Shop kick-off event last Friday – despite the BVG strike and all the travel disruptions! 

A special thank you goes to taz journalist Nicolai Kary, who highlights our work and sheds light on the precarious living conditions faced by fellow EU citizens who become homeless in Germany, as well as the underlying reasons – in particular their exclusion from social welfare benefits.
